Selling a fleet in HoustonBusiness fleets across three metro areas
We review business-owned cars, commercial vans, SUVs, pickups, work trucks, box trucks and medium-duty trucks. A fleet can contain more than one vehicle type. Describe the group you want to sell; individual vehicle eligibility is reviewed from its details.
Read how the fleet purchase process works, from the first vehicle details to the handover plan.
Use the location where the vehicles are parked
The inquiry asks for a ZIP code because your office address may be different from the vehicle location. Use the main vehicle location, then add any other cities or ZIP codes in the notes or your inventory. There is no need to send drivers’ personal addresses in the first inquiry.
One fleet, several sites
Keep one inventory and give every vehicle a location and availability date. Note which units are working, parked or unable to move under their own power. Those details help identify the questions to resolve about access, inspection and transport.
Use the location column in our fleet inventory template, or read the guide to selling vehicles from multiple locations.
Outside Austin, DFW or Houston?
You can send an inquiry for a coverage review. Include the vehicle locations and count; submitting the form does not confirm that a fleet or location is eligible. Do not relocate vehicles before agreeing on the sale and transport arrangements.
