Sell Your Business Fleet in Dallas–Fort Worth

We pay more than most dealers for business-owned fleet vehicles in Dallas–Fort Worth. Bring us another offer and let us beat it. Sell your company cars, vans, SUVs and trucks across DFW.

Sell vehicles from a Dallas branch, a Fort Worth yard or several DFW sites with one inquiry. Send the total count, vehicle types, locations and any competing offer.

Keep one list for every location

Separate spreadsheets from each branch can make it hard to tell which vehicles are included. Combine the units in one inventory and use a location column. Keep the same unit number or VIN when a vehicle moves so it does not appear twice.

  • Location: city or ZIP code where the vehicle is currently parked.
  • Availability: whether it is parked, in daily use or waiting for a replacement.
  • Access: who can coordinate keys and a visit, and any site restrictions to discuss.
  • Movement: whether the vehicle starts and moves under its own power, with known faults noted.

Our fleet inventory template has a location column. Your existing spreadsheet works too; you do not need to rebuild it before requesting a review.

Separate the sales contact from the site contacts

One person may handle the sale while branch managers hold keys or maintenance records. Identify who can answer questions about the whole fleet and who can help at each site. You can provide those details during follow-up; employees’ personal contact information is not needed in the first website inquiry.

Agree on any visits and collection arrangements before asking teams to gather vehicles or change their schedules. Sending a multi-site inquiry does not confirm a particular collection route, pickup date or transport price.

A sample DFW inventory summary

Illustrative example: “Eight vehicles: four vans in Dallas and four pickups in Fort Worth. Six are parked; two are still assigned to staff. Each site has a person who holds the keys.” This shows how to describe a group, not a completed customer transaction.

Add the ZIP code for each site and the expected availability of the working units. The multi-location fleet sale guide covers the next details to gather.

Compare offers using the same group of vehicles

Check that each proposed offer covers the same units and locations. Ask which costs, inspection conditions and transport arrangements are included. A fleet total is difficult to compare if one proposal excludes a vehicle or assumes every unit is already at one yard.

Use the direct sale and auction comparison worksheet to record the terms, or read how the purchase review works before sending your inquiry.
