How to use it
- Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
- Add one row per vehicle. Unknown details can stay blank for the first conversation.
- Save it as CSV or as a regular Excel workbook (.xlsx).
- Attach it to your inquiry. Your own spreadsheet works too, in any layout.
What each column means

What to leave out
Don’t add lender account numbers, payoff statements, bank details, or drivers’ personal information. The title status column only needs a simple flag. Those details aren’t needed for an inquiry, and the website isn’t the place to send them.
Formulas and macros
Save the list as plain CSV or a regular .xlsx workbook. Macro-enabled files (.xlsm), binary workbooks (.xlsb) and older .xls files can’t be uploaded. Each file can be up to 10 MB.
