Request a Company Car Fleet Purchase Offer
Which vehicles we can consider
We review business-owned cars and SUVs in Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. Each purchase depends on the vehicles, condition, ownership details and agreed terms.
We consider vehicle fleets of all ages and mileages.
Every fleet is reviewed on its own details, so sending an inquiry doesn’t mean every vehicle will be a fit. If some units fall outside what we can buy, we’ll say so during the review.
Describe the passenger fleet your business owns
Identify the titled owner, year, make, model, trim and current mileage for every car or SUV. Distinguish vehicles owned by the business from employee-owned vehicles or units leased through another party. Flag title or finance questions for follow-up rather than treating a company assignment as proof of ownership.
Record use, condition and service history by vehicle
Note whether a car is a pool unit, assigned to a driver or still traveling for work. Give the odometer date and expected release date. Include warning lights, damage, interior condition and available repair invoices. A fleet average can hide a high-mileage unit or an incomplete record; use the dated-records guide to keep those differences visible.
Illustrative inventory note: CAR-07, business-owned SUV, 86,200 miles recorded September 30, two working keys, service records from acquisition onward, rear-seat trim damage, still assigned until a replacement is ready. This describes preparation, not a purchased vehicle or an offer.
Count keys and clear retained vehicle data
Record working keys, spare keys and remotes separately. After the last use, check paired devices, contacts, saved destinations, garage codes and connected vehicle accounts using the model’s instructions. A dashboard reset and an account cancellation are different tasks. The equipment and data removal guide includes a completion record and FTC guidance.
Include other fleet vehicles without losing the details
A mixed proposed sale needs a row for each passenger vehicle, van or truck, with the equipment and ownership details for that unit. Keep any included charging equipment or accessories explicit. The blank inventory template works for the first overview; detailed records can follow through an agreed private channel.
Prepare ownership and release questions
Confirm where titles are held and who may sign. For financed or leased units, obtain instructions from the actual lender or lessor using the finance preparation guide. Use the sale checklist to assign the final records, keys, data and handover checks.
From inquiry to an agreed sale
- Describe the fleet. Start with count, types, locations and availability. VINs and a full inventory can follow. We respond in less than one hour during business hours.
- Review the units. Provide condition, equipment, records and ownership details; discuss any inspection needed. An estimate remains separate from a written offer.
- Review written terms. Match the included units, price, conditions and seller-paid costs. Agree payment and release arrangements before handing over vehicles or documents. We offer same-day payment by wire transfer, cash (subject to limits), or cashier’s check. We buy fleets spread across multiple locations. Collection arrangements are agreed for each site.

Fleet selling FAQs.
Do I need a complete service file for every car?
Describe the period covered by the records and any gaps. Partial history should stay labeled as partial; it is different from a record showing no work was needed.
What should I record about keys and driver accounts?
Count the working keys and remotes per vehicle. Plan separate checks for paired phones, navigation history, connected apps, subscriptions and company devices after the final use.
Can I describe cars alongside vans and trucks?
Use one list with a row per unit and its vehicle type. Eligibility, included units and terms are reviewed from that list; the inquiry does not establish acceptance of every vehicle.
Start with the passenger vehicle count
Send the number of company cars and SUVs, their locations and expected availability. VINs, service files and an inventory are not required for the first inquiry.
We will beat written offers from other dealers.
