Sell Your Box Truck Fleet

What to tell us about each box truck

• The box. Length and height, roll-up or swing doors, floor and wall condition, and any damage or leaks.
• Liftgate. Type (tuck-under, rail or ramp), rated capacity if known, and whether it works.
• Chassis. Make and model, engine, transmission, and the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) or weight class.
• Operating condition. Whether it runs and drives, warning lights, and known mechanical problems.
• Mileage and hours. Odometer readings, plus engine hours where you track them, and reefer unit hours if the box is refrigerated.
• Records across the group. Maintenance and inspection records for each unit, even if some are incomplete.

Weight class and transport

Give the GVWR or class for every truck. It affects inspection, transport and paperwork. A mixed group of lighter and heavier trucks is fine to send in one inquiry, but that doesn’t mean every size or type can be bought or moved the same way. That gets confirmed during the review.

We review business-owned box trucks and medium-duty trucks in Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. Send the GVWR, body details and condition for each unit so we can review the fleet.

Every fleet is reviewed on its own details, so sending an inquiry doesn’t mean every vehicle will be a fit. If some units fall outside what we can buy, we’ll say so during the review.
