Request a Delivery Fleet Purchase Offer
Which delivery vehicles are being reviewed?
We review business-owned van fleets in Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston, including vans sold with other company vehicles. Each purchase depends on the fleet details and agreed terms.
We review business-owned box trucks and medium-duty trucks in Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. Send the GVWR, body details and condition for each unit so we can review the fleet.
Give the configuration and GVWR of each unit so its eligibility can be reviewed alongside the fleet’s location and condition. Sending an inquiry does not establish that every unit is a fit.
Describe vans by roof, wheelbase and cargo condition
Record roof height, wheelbase and cargo length where known. Note sliding and rear-door operation, seals, cargo flooring, partitions and shelving. Show dents, leaks, damaged latches or other known issues with both an overall view and a detail photograph. State whether installed racks or route equipment stay.
Record box dimensions and liftgates separately
Give the box length and height, door type, floor and wall condition, GVWR and known roof or water damage. Record a liftgate’s specification and operating condition independently of the chassis. Keep equipment service history with that unit rather than counting it as engine maintenance. The equipment guide shows how to document the package.
Explain stop-and-go use using actual evidence
Describe the routes and known wear without assigning a guessed condition score. Provide dated mileage, brake or transmission work, warning lights and current diagnoses. If a vehicle remains on routes, the mileage can change before handover; record its last reading and refresh it after the final use. Follow the dated service-records guide.
Illustrative description: Four high-roof cargo vans and two box trucks. One van has a damaged sliding-door latch; one liftgate’s operating status is unconfirmed. Two units are parked, while the rest remain on routes until replacement vehicles are ready. This is a preparation example, not a transaction result.
Plan availability around dispatch and replacements
Give each unit its depot, last working date and readiness dependency. Check that keys and the person authorized to release the vehicle will be at the site. Use the release schedule and multiple-site plan before proposing collection windows.
Prepare a consistent review package
Use one row per unit in the inventory. The photo guide covers doors, cargo areas, displays and known faults. Remove retained devices, route paperwork and accounts after the final planned use, with a documented check before release.
From inquiry to an agreed sale
- Describe the fleet. Start with count, types, locations and availability. VINs and a full inventory can follow.
- Review the units. Provide condition, equipment, records and ownership details; discuss any inspection needed. An estimate remains separate from a written offer.
- Review written terms. Match the included units, price, conditions and seller-paid costs. Agree payment and release arrangements before handing over vehicles or documents.

Fleet selling FAQs.
What should I disclose about delivery use?
Describe route use, stop-and-go operation and known faults from actual records. Give dated mileage and available service history per unit; the type of route alone does not establish condition.
Does a liftgate need a separate condition note?
Yes. Record its make, type, rated capacity if known, operating status and available service records. A truck that starts does not establish that its liftgate works.
What if vans and trucks finish routes on different dates?
List their expected release dates and any replacement dependencies. Confirm the actual collection windows, sites and payment sequence in the written agreement.
